With years of experience across disability support operations, participant coordination, Supported Independent Living (SIL), and complex care management, Meinalisa has become recognised for her professionalism, leadership, and commitment to helping individuals live with greater independence, confidence, and dignity.
Throughout her career, she has worked closely with NDIS participants, families, support coordinators, hospitals, allied health professionals, and community networks to ensure every participant receives personalised support tailored to their goals and needs.
Following her successful leadership contribution in Melbourne, Meinalisa has now relocated to Sydney to spearhead and lead the organisation's expanding Sydney operations — building a trusted NDIS service presence across New South Wales.
