The establishment fee does not include premises, equipment or other costs of running your business, and you should plan for working capital as well. We recommend you take the disclosure document and franchise agreement to your own lawyer and accountant.

A Selective Network Built on Long-Term Partnerships
Caring Hearts is not selling franchises to anyone prepared to pay the entry fee. We are looking for suitable long-term operators who share our commitment to quality and to the people they support.
Every enquiry is assessed on business capability, values and fit with our standards, and we limit the number of franchise locations in each state and territory.
Who this opportunity suits
Healthcare professionals, experienced managers and entrepreneurs who want to operate a quality-focused NDIS services business. You may come from allied health, nursing, disability or community services, or from running a business of your own.
NDIS registration and approvals do not transfer automatically with franchise ownership. Our franchise team explains the requirements that apply to your situation.

- Explore Your OpportunityEnquire, request your franchise information pack and talk with our team about your preferred state, service area and local market opportunities.
- Meet Our Franchise TeamVisit us in Melbourne or Perth, or meet by video. We assess suitability together. You receive the disclosure document and franchise agreement at least 14 days before you sign or pay anything, and we encourage independent legal, financial and business advice as part of your due diligence.
- Prepare to Launch Your BusinessOnce the agreement is signed, your business completes its own NDIS registration with our preparation support, and we work with you on training, set up, recruitment and launch planning. Your rights under the Franchising Code of Conduct, including the cooling-off period, continue to apply.
Questions
What does it cost to join?
The franchise fee is $55,000 + GST and the set up fee is $20,000 + GST. After that you pay a 7% royalty and a 2% marketing contribution each month, based on your revenue. The set up fee covers legal fees, consulting and the set up of your business. It does not include premises, equipment or other running costs.
Are participants or income guaranteed?
Like any independently operated business, performance depends on local demand, business management and service delivery. Caring Hearts provides franchise partners with established systems, brand recognition, marketing support and access to relevant participant referral pathways. Individual business results and referral volumes are not guaranteed. Participant referrals, revenue and business performance are not guaranteed.
How do referrals work?
Eligible participant enquiries received within your allocated service area may be directed to your franchise. Franchise partners are expected to respond within 24 hours. If a franchise cannot take a participant, Caring Hearts may pass the referral to another provider so the person is not left waiting.
Do I need my own NDIS registration?
Each franchise operates as its own business and holds its own NDIS registration. Registration and approvals do not transfer automatically with franchise ownership. Our franchise team helps you prepare through our audit-ready systems and pre-audit checks, and explains in writing how registration and audits work in our model.
What help do I get with audits?
We review your files, incident reports, worker screening and policies before an NDIS audit, so any gaps are fixed early.
How are franchise locations allocated?
We divide each state into a small number of franchise operating areas, up to five, using population and NDIS participant numbers. Allocated service areas are set out in the franchise agreement and disclosure document.
Can I read the contract first?
Yes. You receive the franchise agreement and disclosure document at least 14 days before you sign or pay anything.
Do I need disability or care experience?
It helps, but it is not the only thing we look for. We welcome healthcare professionals, experienced managers and entrepreneurs, and management, people and business skills matter just as much.
Which states and territories can I franchise in?
We take enquiries for all eight: New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, the ACT and the Northern Territory. Some Melbourne and Perth locations are already sold.
